What is the processing time?

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your Jumbo from the clouds and package it with hugs and love. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, complete with a tracking number so you can follow this magical journey.

How do I track my order?

Yay, time to celebrate – it's on its way! We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a 'Track Order' link. This link will take you directly to our tracking page to follow the live tracking updates.

How long is the delivery time?

It will take 15-30 days. You can track orders directly on our site here. If you did not receive your order within 15 days, don't hesitate to contact help@getjumbos.com.

Do I get a shoebox?

No. We can offer free shipping because it's cheaper to without the shoe box. It's also better for the environment because we are not shipping air and taking up more space in airplanes. More packages can fit on the plane.

What payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Google, and Apple Pay. We do not take personal checks, money orders, and cash on delivery.

How secure is your payment?

We use PayPal & Stripe Payments. Both are highly secure and encrypted systems designed to protect customers and hold merchants accountable. Your privacy and security are our highest priority.

What is the currency used?

All prices are listed in Euros because we are in Berlin. You may select the currency converter for costs to display your home country.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Have a special someone you think needs Jumbos in their life (or just trying to earn some major brownie points)?

Jumbos are the perfect gift! You can ship Jumbos directly to that lucky someone by entering their shipping address and your own as the billing address.

We don't include any value invoices inside the bag, as any receipts are sent directly to your email address. It's that easy!

Please note: Because we use external fulfillment partners, we are unable to include messages in the package - we're sorry! We think sending Jumbos is a message of love enough, though.

Can I wear these slippers outdoors?

No. We know you will be tempted, but we do not recommend wearing Jumbos like a sneaker. Although our slippers are crafted with high-quality anti-slip outer soles, we do not recommend you wear them outside. Jumbos are inspired by streetwear but are not made for the streets. 

Are the slippers machine washable?

No, we do not recommend it.

Are the slippers waterproof?

No, we do not recommend you get them soaked.

How do I find my size?

Jumbos come in two sizes; kids and adults.

We recommend the kids size for children ages 5 to 8 years old.

Adult Jumbos fits US Men's 6 - 10.5, US Women's 5.5-9.5, UK 5.5 - 10, and EU 36-44. Customers have told us that Jumbos get tight at US Men's size 11, US Women's 12, size UK 10.5, EU 45.

Do you have a returns policy?

Yes. We offer free returns for 30 days from the date of delivery/receiving of the order. To be eligible for a return:

  1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of the order.
  2. Item(s) must be in original condition.
  3. Item(s) were not marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item before sending it back to us to assess the condition.

How long do I have to return my Jumbos?

We know the drill – you've needed to return it, but life gets in the way. We are happy to help you return that one and offer a 30 day return period for you to make that tough decision! Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes. You can return your Jumbos to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days.

Do I have to pay for returns?

We've got you covered here too. All returns (for both refunds and exchanges) will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organize for you, which means no expenses at the post office. Just contact our friendly team at help@getjumbos.com, and they will be able to help you along the way

How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?

We are working hard behind the scenes to get the Jumbos in and out of our fulfillment centers. We strongly encourage you to send a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof your return has been lodged. As soon as we have this information, we can either exchange or refund you immediately! If you forget to grab this receipt, we will need to wait until that one gets back to our warehouse before we can go ahead.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

We're sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we recommend contacting your bank.

I have an issue with my order; what can I do?

Something not quite right with your order? Don't worry; our Jumbos team is ready to spring into action! Don't hesitate to contact us to tell us of the issue. To help resolve things quickly, we request you include photos to help identify what has happened.

I need to cancel or change my order.

These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL. We will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfillment partner, you must go through our returns process. As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally, an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a charge change after the order is placed, so please select your items carefully.
